Divjak free (or almost), new media and that half a million ...
is free since yesterday evening, the former army general Bosnian Jovan Divjak, who was arrested last Thursday in Vienna under an international arrest warrant issued by justice of Belgrade as a result of events that occurred in 1992 in Sarajevo, which we reported on these pages. This
Personally I heard about the general issue of a new friend on facebook - which probably will read this post once that I tagged on fb - an Italian who lives in Novi Sad and I met through "Bosnia Express," and that yesterday in late afternoon, listening to a radio station Serbian, one of the first, spread the news you kindly did his best to forward the news. Soon after came a series of other news (all in advance of the average net tradizi0onali and "official") is on this as on other issues, such as the wonderful initiative to donate books to Vijecnica, the national university library in ristrutturazione, alla quale aderiremo con entusiasmo.
Per chi gradirà and for those who will not like the example below. Because in the end, at least I think so, it is important that you always have to agree and all. It is important to continue to be freedom of expression and the ability to do so calmly and with a wealth of arguments that always require, in addition to position papers, the factions of supporters from the stadium where they exit from the portfolio money for the loaf. If there were freedom, moreover, even the nationalists who send threatening mail could speak, with the sympathy that distinguishes them and through the usual slogan of twenty years old now. It would miss us all a little strong but tasty touch of color.
Il testo di Divjak:
Association "Education builds Bosnia and Herzegovina" forwards a message of Jovan Divjak to Bosnian-Herzegovinian and world public:
Dear friends,
thanks to you I am encouraged and ready to defend my soldier's honor and my wartime background, personal and overall dignity as well as moral purity of defenders of Bosnia and Herzegovina in 1992-1995. Your solidarity is proof of the willingness of citizens of our country to build a politically and economically sustainable Bosnia and Herzegovina, based on the principles of democracy and fairness. Due to the fact that I can not personally respond to all of you and thank for your support, the message is an expression of my sincere gratitude and Deep Respect for our common ideals.
Let's go further!
Sincerely, Jovan Divjak

LA SCELTA DELLE ATTIVITA’ DA PARTE DELLE FAMIGLIE
The constitutional principle that 'E' duty and right of parents to support, raise and educate their children "
was the commitment of the A constant point of reference. Ge. , But found the school and how different areas of applications over the years.
Up to 70 families could only choose between state schools and non - state, but could not impinge on programs that either the school decided. In that historic moment was emblematic of the battle AI. Ge., Which demanded freedom for families to choose between "normal time and full-time" against the demand for teachers to require parents to model the time, decided only to them.
In the decades after the space of choice for parents has gradually expanded with the participation in the decision of the governing bodies, with the choice of the teaching of Catholic religion, with the choice of school hours vary, with the ability to request optional activities and optional, with the "Pact of co-education" which is a unique opportunity to point out, before the signing, the educational values of the school, the quality of relationships, activities and times chosen, the methods and areas of effective collaboration.
At the end of the trail has come to officially recognize that "families contribute and actively participated in drawing up the training of their children, while respecting their vocations, skills, attitudes and inclinations, including the choice of activities education "(CM 29/2004). The request of the families concerned, in fact, both the amount of school time and the quality of content, activities and lessons
1 - Families can choose between different models times:
- In school ' Children from 5 to 8 to 10 hours daily (Art. 2 DPR 89/2009, 5).
- In primary school (elementary) "the time school was held in accordance with the different joints of the school week to 24, 27, 30, 40 hours (art. 4.3).
- In the secondary school of first grade (middle school) there may be a time of 30 hours or longer than 36 hours, it may be allowed time to be 36 to 40 hours only in the presence of a majority request of families "(Article 5.3). At the request of the families has introduced the teaching of powers of 2 hours (art. 5,10).
- In Cycle II high schools, technical institutes and professional autonomy have available spaces for 20% of the required curriculum and, in addition, areas of flexibility for up to 35% enter alternative disciplines including those that are included on a special national list ,
- In addition to the educational and teaching activities mandatory are assured with the allocation of teaching staff assigned to the institute. For the development of activities and electives educational institutions use within the limits of its budget and staffing of the quota allocated, or to Outside fitted with special approval.
is evident from the laws cited as the families could "count" in determining the quality of the education of their school, childhood up to high school.
In reality, unfortunately, parents, ill-informed and even less organized have not had the opportunity to become aware of the "educational skills that they deserve as parents" and they failed to exploit the areas, which as you are open for their effective cooperation and authoritative.
It should be emphasized that the choice of schedules and activities represents an element of primary importance, both at the individual level of each parent for their child, and collectively between schools and families. Schedules and activities not only characterize the custom location of the individual student, but help to define the "identity of a specific educational school community" composed of certain teachers, parents and students, set in a given territory. It should be emphasized as it is for bodies, which also sit on the parents' representatives, to manage the shares of autonomy and establish a model school more responsive to the expectations.
If parents, especially when combined, are able to rework the proposals, spring from the needs of families, can bring them to recommendations which can not be disregarded. We can not ignore, in fact, the "bargaining power" to have families that are against the teachers, since helping to establish the amount of working time and activities to teach the same.
At this stage lacks information and organization of parents, so they are unable to carry out practice in a full and responsible tasks, assigned to them. To build a sense of belonging and "community education" and do not stop at the individualistic dimension, becomes increasingly essential to the presence and action of the association, who knows how to define, coordinate and bring to a summary of the different needs of parents.

few and brief reflections on the arrest of Jovan Divjak Divjak
The incident of the arrest - which took place Thursday, March 3 at Vienna airport on an international arrest warrant issued by judicial authorities in Belgrade to discuss a fact of war beginning in 1992 - 's former general Jovan Divjak, known to history as the Serbian commander who defended Sarajevo siege of the Bosnian Serb ultra-nationalist, has brought to light, Once again, the endless Balkan war, a war poorly managed by the international community tremendously and continuously exploited by the nationalist parties in power in Bosnia and Herzegovina and openly supported by a European increasingly inattentive to the rights of peoples, and increasingly participate in those businessmen.
Our publishing house has published the 2007 memoirs of Jovan Divjak, " Sarajevo, mon amour ", awarded by an excellent critical acclaim and audiences. Even at that time, when we organized an extensive tour of presentations, and finished off from Trieste to Rome, we were able to experiment with hand the contrast of feelings surrounding the man Divjak, hailed as a hero by Bosnian and treated as a traitor by the nationalist Serbian and Bosnian Serb radical and equity. On that occasion, suddenly vanished the invitation of prestigious guest we had offered months before his seat - despite the Digos guaranteed to those who write public order and security of the former military personnel become better known philanthropist and founder of Bosnian organization active in helping and supporting orphans and needy children - it was decided to move with some speed Divjak from Trieste to Teglio Veneto, where - host of a local association courageous unlike those guests just ... ... hospitable - the man was able to recover and return to the bitterness of that experience to focus on the long series of presentations that awaited him. And it went beautifully.

March 8
Rita Cinti Luciani Head National Equal Opportunities PSI March 8 International Women's Day brings us to rethink many social and political achievements have been reached in the last century through the efforts and determination of many women and men.

In 1908, in Chicago, at a conference of the American Socialist Party, Corinne Brown, who presided, due to the absence of a speaker, put into question the exploitation of workers working in low-wage, working time, gender discrimination and voting rights. It was called "Woman's Day" and from here in the United States was celebrated February 28, 1909 International Women's Day
The 900 was then a century of great challenges and achievements, from the point of view of rights and the women struggled with great difficulty to achieve important goals. Today the route of emancipation have led to significant levels of participation, even if our country is still lagging behind compared to other European countries over the years have invested in women's skills, their sense of ethics policy, on their ability to serve the community. But in Italy there is a tendency increasingly urgent in recent years by some television, newspapers and politics, to consider women a kind of "street furniture" or traded sex is really offensive, but above all there belongs.
We want to change, to reverse a course that offers models wrong, we want to do because we think of a shared world of values for our young people and because we believe we can give a concrete contribution to the country's recovery.
In human rights there is still much to do for a civil society that defines too many women are victims of abuse and violence spread to various levels and in any social field, often at 'internal institutions that are commonly considered reassuring as the family or the workplace. We need to increase services, promote a culture of respect but also more appropriate, it should make people feel that there is an assumption in order to break what is commonly called the barrier of silence and fear.

The March 8 this year is special because it marks the hundredth anniversary of the first International Women's Day. In 1910, 58 delegates who came mainly from Austria, Switzerland, Germany and Denmark met in Copenhagen in the second Congress of Socialist Women and on the initiative of the German Clara Zetkin , they launched the proposal to indicate a day in March each year during which all the women at the same time in different countries to reclaim their rights and demonstrate international solidarity. The proposal was immediately not only approved but also convinced implementation: 19 March the following year a million women took to the streets in demonstrations to demand political rights and right to work.
often to coincide with the March 8 fire at a shirt factory in New York that killed 146 people, mostly young immigrant women from Italy and the Eastern European shtetl. In reality, the fire occurred on March 25, just days after the first international event for women, and the two facts were so interconnected that binds them both through eight in March.
E 'right to maintain the link between the two events because the one and the other gave start to the law at work: the first with an action request and express protest, the second because of the scandal that caused the tragedy. A tragedy that should have been more properly define the massacre, because due to lack of minimum security measures that a factory, located on the upper floors of a building, it had forecast.
After a hundred years, thanks to the dedication of a researcher, Michael Hirsch, the victims have been identified and so, on the occasion of the centenary, the name of each of them will be read at the ceremony of commemoration.
Following this identification, ie maybe the New Yorkers, always efficient, or even change the monument dedication. The memory, however, the origins of the struggle for labor rights and political rights of women and the sacrifices that have allowed subsequent generations to have a better quality of life should not be forgotten. Although this is the eighth of March.

WOMEN OF ITALY: THE POWER OF 150 YEARS OF COUNTRY
Claudia Bastianelli Manager Equal Opportunity FGS
Italian women are the strength of our country. is not a statement of fact, but a consideration, to coincide with the celebrations of the 150 from the Unification of Italy, takes an even more significant. By 1861 that the situation of Italian women has changed, evolved, there was the capture of important rights: universal suffrage, the right to abortion and divorce, the shares rose, with the consequent increased participation delle donne nella vita sociale, politica ed imprenditoriale del Paese; l’abolizione del delitto d’onore che vedeva come vittima principale il gentil sesso. Were able to learn from men but also the ability to get the most cowardly compromise, to sell to reach their goals, to give opportunities to learn that plague the society of the twenty-first century. So many achievements, but also many errors that make the Italian women in their special ability to be simultaneously one, not a hundred thousand, as would the great Pirandello.
Dear Italian men should just thank your loved ones, mothers, sisters and daughters with you for helping us create this wonderful country we live in a country with so many problems perhaps, but from which we can not untie the umbilical cord given true pride of being Italian. On the occasion of the anniversary of eight in March, International Women's Day, the cards are dutiful and enriched with a hint of pride in belonging to this strong, gentle, and feisty female gender. The hope that I do what I do all that is Italian in fifty years, on the occasion of the bicentenary of the Unification of Italy, there is more violence towards women, there is no need to share pink, not there are more women willing to sell for a result, there are no more discrimination in employment, there is no longer conceived as the March 8th now ... if this does not exist more we will really have won our battle, we live in truly equal opportunities. Best wishes to all women!

Restoring Hp Recovery Partition
in Austria
Jovan Divjak, a Serb general who defended Sarajevo siege of the ultranationalist 1992-1995, was arrested yesterday evening shortly after 21.00, in Vienna. The retired general of the Bosnian army, the subject of an international arrest warrant issued by Serbia, was arrested in Belgrade as it was considered to be responsible for the acts of Dobrovoljacka ulica street in Sarajevo where May 3, 1992, in violent clashes a column of Yugoslav Army (JNA), which was retreating and citizens' groups and members of the fledgling Bosnian army, many casualties were recorded. The Serbian Justice considers Divjak and 17 other people responsible for these facts. One of them, the former Bosnian president Ejup Ganic, was arrested in London on 1 March 2010 but the British justice after he refused the extradition of REQUEST FOR Belgrade since the charges against Ganic were considered by Judge Timothy Workman "politically motivated".
the journalist to do is write down the facts and present them. Curling up on the site of the always authoritative "Observatory on the Balkans" the reactions of readers to the article by Andrea Rossini, balanced and competent colleague, there is a little veiled bitterness dictated by the fact that today, fifteen years after the end of the war, both Italians and Bosnians of all national allegiances and the Serbs seem to be unable to view the tragedy of the Bosnian war and Balkan except through the distorting lens of ideology and preconceived cheering from the stadium. Who are good reactions like that? Only three of the nationalists national components, some of whom have their hands stained with the blood of war and war is solely and exclusively to its power today. And speaking of Muslims and Serbs that of Catholics, because the observer has to talk about the facts, not the personal inclinations.
one day we manage to avoid the stadium cheering reread the Balkan conflict and its causes (and its consequences?). He's certainly the politicians, the media and academics try to steer the debate in a critical way, without falling into the curve by football supporters (many criminals were recruited there, before and during the war?). The problem is that today, at least in Italy, with journalists and politicians that we find ourselves is really hard ... Divjak
The point is not so much whether innocent or guilty, because they must help to establish this law and common sense, which should go hand in hand. The major point is: the powers of the Justice of Serbia, in the case, or is Bosnian?
Vienna today is to decide this, and establish, as a result, the fate of a man than for a substantial minority of Bosnia is a traitor and an even larger majority is a hero. At the end of diplomacy is likely to decide, as it was in diplomacy today to delay the delivery of thirteen to fifteen years that Karadzic and Mladic to justice internationally. We remain engaged viewers and fans to the window to see what will decide what justice Vienna and Bosnia and Serbia on the one hand the other will be spent for and against the man and his extradition.
The point is, at this point we will be able to assist all of us to do - hopefully - of justice, accepting the sometimes questionable decisions, or everything will be reduced to a sterile and drab stadium cheering, as so often when it comes to Balkan questions? I'm afraid they will end up once again in this second way, but it certainly depends on each one of us. Even so, regardless of how you think politically, others should be the values to prevail in times of peace, above and beyond the resonant tones that remind one so instead the propaganda war.
Good luck to justice and good luck to the innocent and those who are called to enforce the law, then. Who knows and can do so without pressure and without emotion other than those that must animate an independent lawyer and solid. Hoping that they exist in Austria. And so in Bosnia, in Serbia and in any other part of the world.

Operation Showing Removing Malignant Melanoma
Puglia! Puglia! Puglia!
After these two beautiful (and I must say, less tiring than I thought) the presentation of Muro Leccese, Lecce, we close this evening part of the "tour" Pugliese BOSNIA EXPRESS in the province of Brindisi and Lecce and prepare the three dates Bari tomorrow and Saturday.

My Boxer Is Having Seizures
dedicate my March 8 FOR WOMEN WITH SEVERE DISABLED CHILDREN: equal opportunities' that never comes.
Daniela Mignogna PSI-National Secretariat Department of Social and Health
Daniela Mignogna PSI-National Secretariat Department of Social and Health
Disability is a complex and vast. Children who are born with genetic disorders, metabolic, trauma from childbirth, are rising fast, without forgetting those who become disabled due to road traffic accidents or domestic.
The family is at any moment have to change your life is overwhelmed by feelings, fears, despair, from disbelief.
Mothers with children with disabilities do not have the same equal opportunities of the other mothers.
Women who find themselves living the reality of a disabled child are not adequately informed of the support provided by our laws which are often not implemented by those who should instead put them in place.
The first obstacle that is faced is the lack of a mother and appropriate assistance to enable it to continue to work, both to maintain the economic level of the household, both to maintain a minimum of social life, which may help in time to live in a social context and not risk falling into utter depression. We harrowing examples of mothers who kill the disabled child and sometimes kill themselves ...
genetic diseases, most serious in many cases may involve the musculoskeletal, respiratory, sensory: we are thus confronted with a child who needs to live a respirator, the incorporation of the PEG (feeding tube inserted into the stomach for feeding) and with the view or hearing compromise. In these cases, to allow mothers to return to work after the period for maternity leave would require assistance with health personnel at least 10 hours day (8 and 2 to work shifts). So it is only in very rare cases: in most situations all the Italian Regions mothers are forced to choose whether to take care of their child, or choose not to work the job, refusing to live with their son.
The worst crime you can commit is to separate a child from his mother, and this happens when these children are placed in residential centers, no less serious as to put in front of difficult choice, but only for economic reasons, these same mothers who are guilty of belonging to a single middle class or lower middle. What
mothers of able-bodied being asked to do this? For them there are the babysitter, the nests, the grandparents, the children in a position to handicap instead babysitters do not have the necessary preparation, the nursery often do not turn on, as they head to the City the cost of management, grandparents, when available, are frightened by the commitment "extraordinary in watching a child with severe disabilities.
"lacking the necessary funds" are the words that the ASL is that municipalities with social workers repeated ad nauseum for families, but then they have to do these women and mothers? What are the priority of a civilized country?

I do not see why not spend a little tribute to these mothers, a tiny thought: the celebration of my March 8.
FOR A head of cabbage Rita Moriconi
Tale semi-serious on the courage of the Women
The square is full of people when, somewhere in, when an argument between a grenadier and un'ortolana because, apparently, had not agreed on the price of the goods. Episodes like these represented perhaps the norm in a city market, but the confused political situation which was the city was enough to turn the flame of a match in a fire.
The action is worthy of a Hollywood script: a barber tries to make peace between the soldier el'ortolana, but is threatened with a sword that ends up on a kid, it rushes to the cries of the Auditor Ferdinand military Ruffini, who reprimanded the soldier, which, however, comes to give a buddy manforte hitting the arm of the Auditor, the latter to avoid further beatings, finds refuge in a shop where, needless to do it on purpose, there was a known and ardent Republican, Charles Ferrarini that antiestense seized by rage, grabs a chair and throw them at the soldiers. Their reaction will not wait for the poor and Ferrarini, involved in spite of himself, after being beaten by the soldiers dragged under arrest in the slots of the militia in St Peter Port.
Ferrarini The news of it spreads like wildfire and the square si riempie di gente che chiede la sua liberazione.
In un primo tempo la guarnigione sembra non rendersi conto della gravità della situazione e minaccia i rivoltosi di “ voler giocare a bocce con la testa dei giacobini ” ma, after a note of caution on the part of the national Senate, are delivered in their own accommodation and is given orders to immediately release the prisoner.
dawn on August 22 the garrison without drum beat retires in Modena. The governor Este, Don Mario Giumerella Fici of the dukes of Amalfi said to mean "cool", glaring at the mercy of the crowd without the protection of the dragons, with the soldiers away from the city: the revolution has triumphed and the city is finally free, so that becoming, as he wrote in a commentary Fantuzzi, Prospero, the eldest .
The crowning of the future revolution, in the night between 25 and 26, a small mulberry becomes "Liberty Tree" and is planted in front of the former seat of government Este by a group of courageous citizens as the crowning of newfound independence. And that was how dedicated the Ugo Foscolo Ode to Bonaparte the Liberator Reggiani " first real Italian and free citizens " perhaps not knowing that that spark was lit by the courage of two women, only one of which, unfortunately, we know the name .
This story teaches us that we must never underestimate the courage of women, we must honor, respect and gratitude for all that, often in the shadows and silence, have done for us Italians. W Italy

Where Find Dromedary Date Nut Bread
SLA, the government is a ploy to cut off funds for
National Secretariat Department of Social and PSI-health
The government approves and confirms the so-called "Decree Milleproroghe", the figure of EUR 400 million, to finance the 5 per thousand, and yet decide to volunteer to maintain the bond of a share, up 100 million euro, for the associations involved in ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis).
I would be grateful, especially to the Economy Minister Tremonti, if I wanted to clarify one aspect of questione, spiegandomi cosa realmente si intende confermare o variare con questa decisione.
Who really got what he wanted are those who long ago had proposed cutting the funds of 5 per thousand, which is now "very elegant" was confirmed .
Admittedly Mario Melazzini, President dell'AISLA (Italian Association of ALS), with its note put in evidence that the famous € 100 million to be allocated to associations involved in the SLA should not be distracted by the figure of 400 5 million per thousand, but beyond those provided funds!
E '"moving" to hear some people praise the voluntary associations, however, in practice, ecco che arrivano decisioni quantomeno risibili se non vergognose, come quella che ho cercato di spiegare.
