"According to our experts in international law, extradition to Serbia to Divjak is unthinkable." He said today the Austrian Foreign Minister Michael Spindelegger, who said he was "in constant contact with my counterpart and we hope Bosnian rapid clarification of the situation."
As known, the former Bosnian General Jovan Divjak was arrested last Thursday at Vienna airport after an international arrest warrant issued by justice of Belgrade in reference to the bloody events that took place in Sarajevo at the beginning of the war of 1992 -1995, they would see Divjak personally involved.
Meanwhile, pending Divjak is made clear and that - that the war has refused the military retirement and founded the most important NGO in Bosnian children's rights - back to his house, who wants to can sign an online petition addressed to the Austrian authorities, Italian and European, to demand the immediate release of former Serbian general who defended dall'ultranazionalismo Sarajevo by Bosnian Serb and Serbian paramilitaries (and not only) in the terrible conflict of 1992-1995.
