CONTESTO STRUTTURALE
- Ristrutturazione degli edifici scolastici per la messa a norma in tema di sicurezza
- Attrezzare gli edifici di cablatura totale per collegamenti wireless alla rete e di aule destinate ai laboratori scientifici e artistici, di palestre, di teatri per la prosa e la musica
- Strutturare i tempi di lavoro degli operatori scolastici (docenti e non docenti) sull'intero arco della giornata, con possibilità di turnazioni, così come è previsto per il comparto "lavoratori della conoscenza"
- Abilitare le scuole all'apertura pomeridiana almeno su 5 giorni lavorativi a settimana
- Attivazione di una coerente e capillare rete di servizi culturali che comprenda musei, biblioteche, cinema, teatri principalmente destinati al sussidio scolastico, che abbiano orari di apertura compatibili con la fruizione scolastica e con la fruizione da parte degli adulti lavoratori (h.12: finalmente i servizi culturali sarebbero un volano per l'economia giovanile qualificata, come la nascita di cooperative ad hoc, oltre a favorire l'apprendimento per tutto l'arco della vita)
