CITIZENS ARE NOT EQUAL PAY WHEN SOCIAL SERVICE

Pagare la retta di una casa di riposo o di un asilo nido a Bologna non è la stessa cosa che farlo a Milano, a Venezia, a Firenze, a Napoli. E questo vale per tutti i servizi previsti dall'assistenza sociale, da quelli per le persone disabili a quelli per gli anziani o per i minori. Gli oltre 8.000 Comuni italiani , infatti, fanno pagare ai cittadini percentuali diverse e spesso inique pur offrendo lo stesso identico servizio . Questo accade perché non esiste in Italia uno standard in materia e le amministrazioni comunali hanno la possibilità to determine for itself the competition at the expense of citizens. In altre parole, se il nucleo familiare partecipa attivamente all'assistenza, apportando di fatto un beneficio al servizio, si potrebbe pensare di attenuare la contribuzione come una sorta di indennizzo.
